OBG Anti-A- Blood Grouping Test Antibody

The reagent will cause direct agglutination (clustering) of test red cells carrying the corresponding A antigen.

OBG Anti-B- Blood Grouping Test Antibody

The reagent will cause direct agglutination (clustering) of test red cells carrying the corresponding B antigen.

OBG Anti-D- Blood Grouping Test Antibody

The reagent will cause direct agglutination (clumping) of test red cells carrying the D antigen and indirect agglutination of test red blood cells that are category DVI in the antiglobulin phase of the test. The absence of agglutination usually indicates the absence of the D antigen.
